Strategic Planning Certification

HOW TO BECOME A CERTIFIED STRATEGIC PLANNER (CSP)

Dr. Fred David offers students and businesspersons globally a Certified Strategic Planner (CSP) designation in two levels:  Basic and Advanced. The basic certification differs from the advanced certification in two major ways: 1) the scope of work needed to obtain the certification and 2) the amount of 1-on-1 time expected to be spent with Dr. David. With both the basic and advanced certification, Dr. David actively assists, guides, directs, evaluates, and works with the participant. The Basic certification is primarily designed for students, whereas the Advanced certification is primarily designed for businesspersons including managers, executives, employees, or persons seeking a job or changing their career. The David strategic-management textbook is currently used at hundreds of colleges and university globally, is available in eight languages, and is widely used in the business world as a guide for actually doing strategic planning. There is no time limit to complete either the Basic or Advanced certification. The two levels of certification are described more fully below.
